As a Senior Program Ambassador/Greeter, you will play role in creating a welcoming and supportive environment for all program participants. Your responsibilities include greeting seniors warmly upon arrival, assisting them as needed, and ensuring each participant is properly checked in. You will also be responsible for confirming that all required waivers have been signed and submitted, providing forms to new participants, and answering any questions about the day's schedule or activities. By fostering a friendly and inclusive atmosphere, you help build a sense of community and ensure that everyone feels comfortable and engaged. Additionally, you may assist staff with minor tasks and help uphold safety protocols to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all attendees.
