East Valley Family YMCA

Teen Programming Volunteer Teen Programming Volunteers support the planning, setup, and execution of educational, wellness, and community-focused workshops hosted by the East Valley YMCA. Volunteers play a key role in creating a welcoming, organized, and engaging environment for participants ages 12–18. We are ideally looking for individuals who can lead or teach a class that helps participants learn or develop a new skill. Responsibilities may include: Assisting with event setup and breakdown/cleanup Managing participant check-in Supporting presenters and instructors Distributing materials Assisting with activities Providing general guidance and support to attendees Workshop Volunteers represent the YMCA’s core values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility while helping deliver meaningful programs that educate, empower, and strengthen our community. This role is ideal for individuals interested in community service, education, health and wellness, or gaining hands-on experience in event support and nonprofit programming. ***MUST BE CLEARED BY LIVESCAN AND COMPLETE TRAINING BEFORE STARTING DATE***
