Assist with meal prep, clean up, passing out meals, office support, kitchen help or other tasks for the Senior Nutrition and Socialization program. Meals are served at Torrance-South Bay YMCA Monday-Friday at 12:00pm. Meals are served at Carson Event Center Monday-Friday at 11:30am. Meals are served at Hawthorne Senior Center Monday-Friday at 12:00pm. Meals are served at Lennox Senior Center Monday-Friday at 12:00pm (new location opening 3/23/26). If you would like to volunteer to help with food service or office assistance, we would like you to be available between 11:00-1:00pm. Please let us know which days and locations you would be available to help.
