Burbank YMCA Jr Clippers Basketball Coach - FALL II

Burbank YMCA

At the Burbank YMCA, youth sports are about more than wins and losses—they’re about building confidence, teamwork, and lifelong healthy habits. As a volunteer coach, you’ll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on young athletes while creating memories that last a lifetime. No prior coaching experience is required—just bring your energy, positivity, and a desire to help kids grow and thrive. The Y provides training, resources, and ongoing support to help you succeed. All volunteers must complete a background clearance. As part of the YMCA of Metropolitan Los Angeles’ Center for Community Well-Being, youth sports connect directly to our vision of helping every child Be Well, Do Good, and Lead Change. Volunteering at the Y means you are not only teaching sports—you are nurturing resilience, belonging, and lifelong well-being in the next generation. Why Volunteer? Teach teamwork, leadership, and sportsmanship Be a positive role model for youth in your community Share your love of the game and inspire kids to discover theirs Build friendships and connections with families and fellow coaches Make a difference—on the field, on the court, and beyond
