At the Pasadena - Sierra Madre YMCA, youth sports are about more than wins and losses—they’re about building confidence, teamwork, and lifelong healthy habits. As a volunteer coach, you’ll make a lasting impact on young athletes while creating memories that last a lifetime. No prior coaching experience is required—bring your energy, positivity, and a desire to help kids grow and thrive. The Y provides training, resources, and ongoing support. All volunteers must complete background checks and mandatory training on child abuse and bullying. As part of the YMCA of Metropolitan Los Angeles’ Center for Community Well-Being, youth sports directly aligns with our vision of helping every child Be Well, Do Good, and Lead Change.
